Set up took forever

While most of the food was ok, the prawn was pretty tasteless and too cold.
Food was not hot enough as the set up crew (1 person for 85 pax menu) took so long to set up. Delivery was supposed to be 11.15-12.15. Staff arrived at 11.40 and by 12.15 ... More only the chafing dishes were on the tables. by 12.35 we had no choice but to ask our group to start eating even though he has even lit the liquid fuel.

Feedback from relatives and friends are pretty good except for 1 or 2 dishes - spare ... More pork rib taste good however is very tough, likewise for the chicken mid wings. Generally all is good. Pretty much all dishes were finished!
