Food was good generally.
Most of the food was finished up by guests.

Areas for Improvement:
More plastic spoons
Signature Curry Chicken with Potatoes - more chicken
Salted Egg Fish Fillet - more salted egg taste
Chilled Cheng Tng with Snow ... More Fungus and Longan - more snow fungus
Delivery was late by 45min, caterer only called me after 30min late, and many of my guests were hungry by then.
Had to scramble for contact number but couldn’t find any operator at 6pm on Saturday. Called Stamford catering and food line both not reachable. Suggest to provide actual delivery personnel contact number instead of general office number that only operates during office hour. WhatsApp line no response too.
