Four Seasons Catering review

Setup was on time, really pretty decoration. Food portions were good. Guests feedback that cheng teng was tasteless.

Didn't really get to eat all since I was busy. But it looks pretty good though.
Set up was smooth and nice. I ordered for 5:30pm ready to eat. so they came around 5pm and set up took about 30 minutes. We were only allowed to keep buffet for 2 ... More hours. Cos according to FDA, the food must be consumed within 4 hours, they took 2 hours for them. So if we want to keep the buffet longer, we had to sign indemnity form. We kept it for 3 hours and the food stayed warm, maybe because our place is not windy also.
Ordered Celebratory set for 40 pax and the portions were big. People like the chicken Rendang. desserts were good. chili crab tofu does not really tasted like Chili crab sauce though. Brocolli was a bit too hard and tasted blend.

We have used four season catering for our baby 100 days celebration. The caterer has contacted us the very same day when we ordered our food through foodline. The food delivery has arrived on time and the setup was fast.

Overall food was good ... More except that the citron yuzu honey was a little sweet.

The food was nice and the setup was quick and on time! Portion is sufficient although maybe the drinks would need more for certain no. of pax.

The quality of the food was impressive—flavorful, well-seasoned, and presented nicely. The highlight for me was the salmon, which was a crowd favorite. Guests also complimented the variety of dishes and the balanced flavors.

Dry laksa bee hoon, shrimp, otah rolls are the favourites, while
cold glass noodle a lot leftover. Steamed barramundi fish with chai poh are quite fresh too. Honey lime aiyu jelly quite sour, so should put more honey. Food portion is ok.

Food was good and setup was good. The chicken was a little bit on the salty end, but still okay. The garlic rice was really fragrant and tasty

Chilled Lychee Rose Cocktail with Popping Balls & Chocolate Eclair, Miso Honey Garlic Grilled Chicken Thigh, Tahu Goreng are nice. The guests have them all.

The Citron Yuzu Honey is diluted. Probably a miss.

Setup is also very ... More nice.

Sales staff by Four Season Adel, is fast and completed quickly. Great!

Overall dining experience good. Delivery was early than scheduled 12noon with well packed in sealed containers.

The setup was on time and it was done pretty fast. The layout was lovely and looks very professional. Food was good except the fish was abit tasteless and ang ku kueh quite dry. Overall it was still good for the price paid. There’s also a ... More promotion and return voucher from food line so that’s a bonus. Will recommend this caterer to others.
