Food portion was alright. chicken is very tender. Salmon was not bad also. is the Tofu which turns sour very fast after pass the cut off time. So my advice is dont order anything with Tofu. known for easily turn bad.

the dessert is nice. howver ... More the Yuzu drink seems very diluted even from the start.

my buffet at 6pm. 4 seasons say need come at 5pm to do set up! the thing is.. they came before 5pm and set up very fast.. no extra food warmer. hence food turns cold in the middle of the party

there's a little sign board that says food ready to eat at 1500... so imagine from 1500 - 1800 before we begin, the food is already 3 hours ago done. how to keep fresh then?

so one piece of advise.. eat fast fast is the only solution.

The caterer came on time, did a fantastic job in decorating the buffet corner. The food are well appreciated by our guests, would recommend Four season to any one. Good jobs !

The set up was great and the dishes look very nice. The Laksa was a fan favourite. However, the appetisers left much to be desired. The mains were good, with the best being the prawns and the rendang.

Food delivered on time. Portion size on the less side. Curry chicken and Thai style steamed seabass fillet were quite good.

No, food taste are so so and not warm. delivery was late for almost 1 hrs. SIGNATURE FOUR SEASONS' CHICKEN was over cooked and chicken are hard.

Food arrived quite late, but understand that it is because of CNY Eve and heavy rain. We didn't warm the food up as it was pretty late for dinner and the elderly people ended up with mild food poisoning. Otherwise, food is flavourful and tasty.

Food was setup way earlier. Portion of food does not even seem like it was for 40 pax, looks like it's for 20 pax. Only bee hoon's portion was acceptable.
