Really happy with the service! The food is delicious, portions are generous, and there is a good variety of dishes every day. The meals are always nicely prepared, and it’s so convenient to have home-cooked food delivered right to our doorstep. The service is reliable, and the team is friendly and responsive. It definitely makes mealtime so much easier. Highly recommended to anyone looking for good tingkat meals!

I appreciated the Love Tingkat option with paper containers, which was a key consideration for me. The 3-dish package was convenient for daily dinners, and most of the dishes were flavourful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’m glad I got to try this option!

Generally, taste of food is not bad, and I like that most are lightly salted. Sometimes the seasonal vegetables are boiled instead of stir-fried which is healthier. Soup portion for 2 pax is way too little. Irregular delivery time, sometimes very early like 3pm most days quite late around 6.30pm

Overall, a satisfactory experience! There was a slight hiccup initially with the meal plan and container arrangements, but FoodLine was very helpful and responsive in guiding me through the conversion from the Regular Tingkat plan with plastic containers to the Love Tingkat option with paper containers, as well as assisting with payment arrangements.

The caterer was also responsive and accommodated my request to change from 3 dishes + 1 soup to 4 dishes within one working day. Portions were generous, and deliveries were timely and convenient.

Acceptable food but not great.Portion abit small but excellent customer service.informed in advance on service disruption and made adjustments to schedule

Some of the dishes were totally meatless like the soup sometimes (so soup very bland mostly) and there are cases when a dish was just preserved vegetables with no meat (sichuan veg). It feels like a bit budget as compared to other caterers we have engaged. Sometimes dishes were yummy though. Customer service was OK, quite responsive.

Ordered this mini buffet for a family gathering. Most of the food were good especially the Thai style tofu, ngoh hiang, curry chicken and cereal fish. The salted egg sotong came soggy and was rubbery. The grass jelly has a weird taste that some of my guests dislike. Overall, serving was enough for 10 pax.

Generally good service and prompt response. But portion is average, not a lot. And on some days, it's like boney chicken (so very little meat) and potatoes and veggies. Which feels quite cheapo for me.
