"Disappointment with this caterer!"

I have placed tingkat order for 2 pax last month. The delivery service and explanation was not acceptable and hence I did not even continue to the end of my plan. I terminated the service hald way through and request for a refund. I had previous ... More tingkat orders previously and this was a higher price compared to Jessie, HewTop , Ronnie etc. However, it was a HUGE disappointment.

Late delivery 2 days in a row.

Explanation for 1st day: Traffic was bad - however, there was NO notification from them to inform me that the delivery is late. Delivery came in at 7.58pm and food was cold. I had to call, only then to understand that the delivery is late. Fair enough, they offered a 1 free meal replacement. I decided it was ok.

Day 2, food delivery still came in AFTER 7.30pm. Again, the explanation was heavy traffic and hence the late delivery. I was asked to UNDERSTAND the situation, that the company takes the safety of the drivers seriously. In another words, are they trying to say other tingkat caterers do NOT care for their drivers? Because this is NOT the first time for my tingkat delivery and I have NO issues with other caterers at all.

In terms of food, it is slightly better compared to previous caterers but again the tingkat package cost is higher compared to my previous tingkat orders.

The overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I had to terminate the plan within the week and source for other caterers. I strongly NOT recommend this caterer especially if you have family members who are diabetic that needs to have dinner on time.
