Overall the food standard was acceptable. Most of the guests enjoyed the food. The quantity is sufficent for 50 paxs. The presentation was good and worthy for my son's 21st birthday celebration. The transportation and service crews was good and ... More efficient. The food portions were ample for all guests. The food was warm and the drink was good. The only setback is the fried rice is too dry and hard. Hopefully they can use a better quality of rice as it was the most important dish to go along with the other side dishes. Most of the guests feedback about the fried rice was unacceptable. The other dishes taste ok. The standard of food must be improved. It is important that there is a person in charge to taste the dishes so that the catering food can improve and bring up good reputation. Thank you for coordinating our time for collection.
