"20 day package < Trial package in terms of quality?"

Ordered this 20 day dinner package after trying their trial package. Unfortunately, we feel that the quality of this package is lower than the trial's. The rice provided is the old and hard kind, unlike the previous soft rice... And my elderly dad ... More can't swallow it well. Moreover, the dishes were quite salty, especially the veggies given towards the end of the package :/ I also mentioned before that they like to give fried dishes everyday and this hasn't been changed. Overall, we wanted to continue ordering with them but we're disappointed by the drop in quality of their food. Sadly, we have to say goodbye
