"Generous portion but can improve customer delivery service"

Food portion was very generous. They provided trash bag, table cover and all the necessary items for a gathering. However, I scheduled the food to arrive at 5.30pm. By 5.45pm, the food still did not arrive and no one contacted me to assure me that ... More it was on the way. I contacted Liang and even foodline but both not contactable.

Finally, they called at 5.57pm and said it was late and said it will arrive at 6.10pm but the food arrived at 6.21pm. My guests were all starving by then
