Who can use this voucher?
Anyone who has the physical voucher may use it. This voucher can be used for all offerings on FoodLine except the exclusion stated on the Voucher.
How do I use the Voucher?
Simply place an order through FoodLine.sg and you may redeem $25 from us after your event. (Note: Min. spend of $250 on Food Items is required.)
This voucher is only applicable to new orders submitted on FoodLine.sg. You may not use it for orders you have made previously.
How do I redeem the Voucher amount?
Step 1: When placing your order, you will be asked to indicate your coupon code on the "Order form".
Step 2: Submit your review after your event and indicate your bank account details.
Step 3: Fill in details (FoodLine Order Code, Name & Mobile Number) on your voucher and mail it back to us. ( Mailing address: 60 Paya Lebar Road #09-41 Paya Lebar Square Singapore 409051 )
Step 4: After receiving the voucher you mailed in, FoodLine will credit the voucher amount to the bank account you've indicated.
*Note: Only original vouchers will be accepted for redemption.
I have already placed an order on FoodLine.sg. Can I use this voucher for the order?
No, you may not use this voucher for orders already made on FoodLine.sg. These vouchers can only be used for your next order on FoodLine.sg.
How many times can I redeem the $25 with my vouchers?
Each voucher can only be used once per order.
Can I use/combine multiple Vouchers per order?
Only 1 voucher may be used per order. You will not be able to use more than 1 voucher for the same order.
How long is the Food Voucher valid for?
Please refer to the expiry date indicated on the Food Vouchers.
Will the Voucher amount be indicated in the invoice?
As this promotion is brought to you by FoodLine.sg, the caterer's invoice will not indicate it. You will need to redeem the amount separately via the steps above.
Is there a minimum spending required?
Yes, a minimum spending of $250 on Food Items is required.
Can I use the vouchers for any products on FoodLine.sg?
You may use the vouchers for any products and services except the exclusion stated on the Voucher.
How long does it take for FoodLine to transfer the voucher amount?
The voucher amount will be transferred to your bank account within 5 working days, after we have received all of the following:
1) Your review and bank account details (submitted online).
2) Your physical voucher mailed in with your details filled in.
Which bank account will the Voucher amount be credited to?
We would transfer the coupon amount to the bank account number that you specify. Once the event is over, indicate your bank account details via the Cash Reward page. The transfer process takes between 1-5 working days depending on the bank you use. As ours is DBS, bank transfers to DBS accounts would be faster.
* Kindly check that the bank account number you’ve specified is correct as we will not do a re-transfer if the wrong bank account number is being specified.
Is the voucher amount paid on top of the FoodLine Cash Reward/existing promotions?
The voucher replaces the FoodLine Cash Reward and any promotions related to Cash Reward. We will pay you the voucher amount in place of the Cash Reward. For other promotions indicated on the menu (e.g. discounts, free food items, etc), you may use the voucher together with the promotion.
