Instructions:

Store - Store in -18 degree celsius freezer

Temper - 20mins prior to serving. Move cake into refrigerator (+4 degree Celsius) to temper slowly

Heat - We recommend you to heat up the stainless steel knife in hot water and use it to cut the cake

Cut - Wipe dry the knife and slice the cake (repeat heating the knife if necessary)
