We never received such notice/request from Foodline. We are one of the caterers on Foodline. It is a platform where customers like you can place food order. Foodline is responsible to pass your extra/special request that is NOT stated in the order to us so that we can follow up accordingly. Regarding your request stated in the review, we are never in the loop and we are not informed either through email, phone call, SMS nor WhatsApp. Sending an SMS to the customer upon delivery to the recipient is not a common practice especially the customer and recipient is 2 different person. However it is not a tall order but honestly we need to be informed of your request in the first place. Show less
