Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Should a cancellation be necessary, written cancellation must reach us at least 3 (three) days before your event, or else 90% of the ordered amount will be charged.

Change of Delivery Date:

• Any changes of the delivery date, require 3 (three) days advance notice prior to delivery date provided that the changed date does not exceed 30 days of the initial event.

Qty Reduction:

• Must be informed 3 days before the delivery date or else 90% of the total reduced quantity amount shall be imposed.
