Requested for less oil, salt and sweet (for the dessert) and the dishes turned out ... More acceptable though the Curry Chicken was a tad salty. Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet was disappointing though as the fish was very tough/chewy (the Chinese terms such fish 'lor gor') but the sauce tasted alright. Overall, guests enjoyed the food. One thing to note for the caterer is that the packaging could be improved upon as the lids of the trays arrived dented/squashed as 2 trays were squeezed into one normal red plastic bag with the handles tied up. It will be better if the seller can consider providing large cooler bags to contain the trays of food - these cooler bags can be returned upon delivery/post event.
