It was a last min order for my cny visiting event. very glad still able to get this vendor my this event. it was good, and the quantity is just nice for my number of pax order. i would say its good and afforable. due to some reason i need to change ... More my address one day before and the admin gladly did it for me with no issue. thank you!

Food was delivered early. Happy with food and service. Will order again in future.

The food was supposed to reach between 11 and 11.30am but it reached only 12.30pm, and the delivery man even refused to take the food to the address at level b2 and my husband and i had to collect it from him at level b3. This was despite many calls ... More made to the caterer and them assuring that the delivery man is "arriving soon". In the end, my guests were hungry and I had to buy takeaways from nearby restaurants. My guests and I were left with only an hour to rush lunch, small children included and almost all the food were left uneaten. A horrible experience with unnecessary stress and I will not order from them again nor will I recommend them.

Great dish

The food was great! My guests loved it. There was a delay in the delivery and came almost 45 mins late. it was a good thing that we had activities so the guests did not feel the impact. Recommend to put the delivery time much earlier than ... More intended.

But overall, the service was good. Called the customer hotline and they were prompt in keeping me updated on the whereabouts of the driver (although the timings were not that accurate).

First time ordering on food line.sg and came across Brinda's food caterer. We always love Brinda's and so we decided to order for our guests. We ordered for 30 pax but Unfortunately some couldn't make it the very last minute so we ended with extra ... More leftover food. Overall, it's nice and tasty. I had to order something for the kiddies coz one of my guest's kids couldn't take spicy food and most importantly everybody loves the food! :)

Quantity can be increased

Food amount was very small, order for 50 pax but only sufficient for 30 pax. Called the caterer and they said will check and get back. At the end no response no reply and no action taken.


Caterer’s Response:

" All the time we take up ... More customer's feedback seriously. If the customer has called us immediately during the event we would have find a way out to resolve the issue or even sent our guys to top up the food. It's not possible we deliver less food for all our delivery. We will ensure that quantity meet their no of orders. At times, customers would have ordered less quantity then their actual no of pax which most of the time it happens. However, we will still do our best to assist our customers needs & want them to enjoy our food. We welcome customers feedback & we take up their feedback seriously to improve our service."
