Delivery: Tingkat Services is only served from Monday to Friday for 20 days packages & Monday to Thursday for 16 days packages.

No delivery on Public Holidays, Saturdays/Sundays. No delivery charge.

Delivery time – Dinner: 3pm to 7pm.

Due to condominium rules & regulations, we will apply additional $20.00 ($21.80 w/GST) charges for condominium customer. This charges is waivable provided the food is delivered to concierge or guard house.

For Condominium residents, due to condominium rules & regulations, an additional charge of $20 (w/GST $21.80) applies for delivery to customer’s unit. All delivery will be to guardhouse at no additional charge.

No mixing of white and brown rice, only one can be chosen. E.g. Ordering for 2 pax: 1 white rice and 1 brown rice will not be allowed. Customer can only select 2 white rice or 2 brown rice.
Tingkat Cancellation Policy: • No refund will be made should the customer cancel the service within or before the 16/20-meals cycle/order. • For all Tingkat packages, postponement of meals is limited to 3 Days only, the postponed meals will be allotted to the end of the contract period, hence, extending the Contract. There will be NO replacement if postponement is beyond 3 days. • In lieu of our customer convenience, customers who wish to terminate the following end date of your package, do inform our sales/customer service officer before 27th of the month . An admin charge of $50 before GST ($53.50 with GST) will apply if notice is given after.
