Advanced Orders (For Orders More than 24 Hours in Advance) - All order cancellations have to be written in via email. If the cancellation notice is given more than 7 days prior to your event date, there will be no cancellation charges. If the cancellation notice is given less than 7 days prior to your event date, there will be no refund for your order.
