Enjoy our Dinner Tingkat plans for 4 days every week for two weeks. Choose your off day.
Tingkat Services is only served from Monday to Friday. No delivery on some
Public Holidays(Do refer to menu), Saturdays/Sundays. No delivery charge.

Delivery time – Dinner: 3pm to 7pm.

Kid's meal T&Cs:
1.) When are kid's meals served? Is it everyday?

-They are served once a week, either on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

-If you have a preference for which day you would like kids meal, please let us know. We will however not be able to provide kids meal on Monday or Tuesday.

2.) I have more than 1 kid. Can I order more kid's meal then? How does it work?

-The 1st kids meal is complimentary and it is served once per week. If you would need additional kids meal, they are charged at $4 per week. Complimentary kids meal is not applicable for 1 pax plans.

3.) Can I pay for kid's meal everyday?

-At this moment, we are unable to support daily kid's meal but we will be looking at how we can support in the future.

Tingkat Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be given for early cancellation or termination of order before the date of expiry.

For cancellation of order before the starting date, has to be notified at least 3 working days in advance (exclude Public Holidays).
