On execution, they delivered at 3pm, hiding behind a tonne of excuses ... More saying it is Singapore tingkat's "industry practice" to deliver early, that food must be kept in fridge only to warm up later etc. 2) They delivered food that is leaking OUT OF the plastic bag. 3) Their delivery person has no regard and do not care about the orderly delivery of the food, pushing away their responsibility as they cite they are merely third parties.
