Customer service was great. Food looks nice but slightly small in portion. Delivery guy was friendly.

The variety of food was poor. I noticed alot of the dishes were with processed food, like sausage or fishballs, not whole food like chicken or pork. The dishes don't match each other. It looked like it was left overs from the catering business, and ... More they just put together in any manner.

The food is generally acceptable. Fish is consider fresh and nice.
Vegetable is slightly on the bland side but is still consider acceptable.

Both the persons who called me to confirm on the order and delivered the food are friendly.
Food pricing is decent and delivered on time despite the festive season.
Taste of food is good too, especially the fried rice and chocolate eclair.

Food is appetising and delivery is on time most of the days. If you have big appetite the portion is small.

The services is excellent and reply promptly on my enquires and request. The food deliver to me are delicious too, delivery guy are very friendly also. I will reorder again and try on their other menu as well.

Food was ok. But there is no menu to refer. So I requested as I need to know in advance if the dishes are suitable for my toddler. But for many days, the dishes does not follow the weekly menu given to me. Understand it is subjected to changes but ... Food taste is good. Portion was smaller compare to other caterer that we tried.

Operational and Service can be improved. I ordered for 5 days trial. They missed my order and only manage to resolve when I called them. So my first meal was ... More postponed to 1 day later.

They gave the wrong order on one of the days, but they quickly acknowledged the error and promised to make up with 1 additional dish the next day.

There was no value for money. I had to pay delivery charge plus the plastic containers. The price of $90 for 5 day lunch was outright overpriced. Food quality was just about average similar to other tingkat vendors where I paid only $60 for the ... More 5day lunches.
