Tingkat Services is only served from Monday to Friday. No delivery on Public Holidays, Saturdays/Sundays. No delivery charge.

We deliver to Condo and Private Houses.

No Lunch for East, North Side , Bukit Panjang and Chua Chu Kang and Bayfront side.

Additional $1 per day for delivery to unit. Delivery to guardhouse will have no extra cost.

Delivery time – Lunch: 9.00am to 1.30pm & Dinner: 3pm to 7pm.

Due to condominium rules & regulations, we will apply additional $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST) charges for condominium customer.

10Days Package (Fix 3 days svc) - No skip of meal(s) allowed

Tingkat Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be given for early cancellation or termination of order before the date of expiry.

For cancellation of order before the starting date, has to be notified at least 3 working days in advance (exclude Public Holidays).
