Tingkat Services is only served from Monday to Friday. No delivery on Public Holidays, Saturdays/Sundays. No delivery charge.

We deliver to Condo and Private Houses.

No Lunch for East, North Side , Bukit Panjang and Chua Chu Kang and Bayfront side.

Additional $1 per day for delivery to unit. Delivery to guardhouse will have no extra cost.

Dinner delivery timing: 3pm to 7pm

Due to condominium rules & regulations, we will apply additional $5.00 ($5.45 w/GST) charges for condominium customer.

With effect from 01 June 2020, combo meal will no longer be served on Wednesday.

Kindly note that the total number of pax of rice ordered will packed together in a microwave container.

Extra surcharge of $1 per day of service for Condominiums.

Tingkat Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be given for early cancellation or termination of order before the date of expiry.

Do note that cancellation or skip meals will not be allowed for 5 days trials. Example, customer starts order on Monday (27may), he/she will need to commit to the order Monday(27may) to Friday(31May).
