We deliver 3x a week for all packages - Monday (between 3pm - 6pm) and Wednesday (between 3pm and 6pm) and Friday (between 3pm and 6pm).

Delivery on Monday (between 3pm - 6pm) for dinners on Monday and Tuesday,

Delivery on Wednesday (between 3pm - 6pm) for dinners on Wednesday and Thursday.

Delivery on Friday (between 3pm - 6pm) for dinners on Friday.

No additional fees or surcharges for condominums.

Notes:

Kindly order before Thursday 10am to receive your dinners on Sunday the same week.

In the event that slots are full for the week, we will inform you of the next available date to start your order.

Please take note that the 5 days trial package is only applicable for First-Time Customers and for 1-time use only. No repeat/renewal orders.

Food will be delivered chilled in an insulated Dinner Bag which can keep them chilled for up to 2 hours.

All food have been blast-chilled for tip top food quality and safety. Please store food in chiller (not freezer) upon receiving them.

All food will be packed in microwave-safe and oven-safe trays. Remove the covers before heating.
Just heat them up whenever you want to consume them for lunch or dinner.

Kindly note that our menus do not contain any pork/lard

Tingkat Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation, the customer will need to contact us before Thursday 10am during your delivery week. There will be no surcharges for cancellation if you do so before Thursday 10am on your delivery week. No cash will be refunded for cancellation, termination of the contract when service has commenced or after payment for the contract is made.
