Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Customers are advised to consume food within 3 hours upon delivery/collection.
Kindly do allow a buffer time of +/- 30minutes for drop-off deliveries during this festive season.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before the event will result in your Deposit payment / 50% payment to be forfeited.

Cancellation on the day of your event, will require you to pay the full amount.

Changes to Orders
Orders must be placed minimum 5 days in advance.
