Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Customers are advised to consume food within 3 hours upon delivery/collection.

Serving scoops are not provided for drop off orders

Kindly do allow a buffer time of +/- 30minutes for all deliveries during this festive season.

Cancellation Policy
Any Cancellations made within 24 hours/on event date; full payment has to be made.

-Any cancellation made prior to that will result in a 50% forfeit

If cancellation is made on the day of the event, the total sum of the order will be forfeited.

Changes to Orders
Orders must be placed minimum 5 days in advance.

Full Payment is required to confirm the all orders.
