Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
• All orders need to be placed and confirmed 4 working days (exclude PH & Weekends) before the event.
• Any changes passed lead time will incur an administrative surcharge of $30 before GST and subject to approval.
Setup time: 1 hour before serving time
Teardown time: Around 2 hours and 15 minutes from event time (latest 10:30PM)
Cancellation Policy
For changes or cancellations made with
>4 weekdays notice, there will be a 3% payment
processing fee
<4 weekdays notice:
There will be a $32.70 ($30 w/o GST) administrative fee.
For cancellations, there will be a 50% penalty on your
entire order.
For changes, there will be a food wastage penalty
(50% of any changes).
<1 weekday notice, there will be no refunds and there will also be a $32.70 ($30 w/o GST) administrative fee.
