Initially the vegetable have some chemical taste but the follow up from the team was very fast, next day the taste is gone. However some of the vegetables, especially cai xin, were hard to ... More chew. The meat dishes were also very hard to chew especially the braised meat and the duck dishes. On some days the dishes were not fantastic but on other days they are quite ok.
