I could see base of the aluminium tray coz the dish was not even enough to cover the whole tray. This is for 16 pax? In my opinion, it was only enough for 5 pax. As for the bak kwa, we were given about between 5 to 10 pieces of round bak kwa. I know it is complimentary but shouldn't you have given enough for 16 pax. The rest I shall not comment.
