Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

•Complete buffet table layout with skirting and silk floral arrangement
• Food warmer, drink dispenser and serving gear
• Full set of disposable wares, serviette and trash bag
• Solemnization table with 5 cushion chair OR Reception table with 4 cushion chair
• 1 x service staff in attendance on site
• Complimentary use of 4 x bistro table and 1 x guest sign in book for order above $2000.00
• Complimentary upgrade of floral arrangement on buffet table to fresh flower for order above $3000.00

•Confirmation of order to be made at least 2 weeks before event date, last minute order will be subject to availability
• Any amendment to be made at least 2 working days before event date
• Deposit of 30% or $500.00 (whichever is higher) will be required upon confirmation of order

• Intercontinental Catering reserve the right to change any of the dish to another of equivalent value due to seasonality

Cancellation charges as below:

• 50% of total order amount for any cancellation five (5) working days before event date.

• 80% of total order amount for any cancellation three (3) working days before event date.

•100% of total order amount for any cancellation one (1) working days before event date.

• Any amendment to be made at least 2 working
