We had 2 different sites on the same day and time. 1 had 85 people and this site for 30 people, we ever ordered extra 3 portions just in case, but once it was setup, you can see outright that it is definitely not what it is catered for. It was a corporate event and buffets were common in our company, but not at such portions.
