Tingkat orders has to be placed 3 working days in advance.

Allowed to have 3 times postponement per 20 days package, can be up to 2/3 weeks per postponement. Kindly check for more information.
Tingkat Cancellation Policy: No refund will be given for early cancellation or termination of order before the date of expiry.

Customers who wish to skip meal would require to notify us 2 working day in advance. No cash refund will be given; however the cancelled meal will be replaced.

For cancellation of order before the starting date, has to be notified at least 3 working days in advance (exclude Public Holidays).

Kim's Catering Pte Ltd

Kim’s Catering started its humble beginnings in year 2000 at a Joo Chiat shop-house with its Tingkat (multi-tier metal containers) meal delivery services to families. Its matron founder, Tan Swee Kim believes that her customers would be able to taste the difference when food is prepared with sincerity from the heart. Her simple theory is the foundation of Kim’s Catering success as through word of mouth and media reviews, Kim’s Catering has since become a leading Tingkat meal specialist in Singapore. With a high percentage of long-term customers, Kim’s Catering has grown into two industrial kitchen premises totaling 7,000 sq. ft. in Shimei East Kitchen. Today its mission remains the same: “To prepare and cook delicious, affordable home-cooked meals from our hearts and have our customers experience the taste of home.”
