I have provided my feedback to them, and the lady over the phone mentioned that it was due to the overwhelming orders placed, which I understand it may be due to covid. Just a FYI for future consumers There was also a day when the driver missed out on my rice, so I called the lady again and they brought back another packet 30 mins later.
