Much better experience with this renewal! Menu included some soups and seafood now which was a pleasant surprise and dishes were mostly not salty albeit spicy. Love that it was always at least one fish dish, one meat dish and a vegetable dish. A ... More pity that it is usually white rice now unlike the prior months where there was a mix of different kinds of rice. The white rice could be cooked a little softer too.. :)

Customer service is great with the kitchen being able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I remember how apologetic Neshah was when she had to inform me on a Sunday that they could not fulfil the coming Monday's tingkat due to technical issues within the kitchen that was beyond their control. I appreciate the early notice as it gave me time to source for alternatives. Will renew again and hope that it will be just as good!

This is still a good value for money choice of halal malay food with a good range of dishes. It's worth it.

Yes, it exceeds my expectations! A small request to have a bit more rice to go with the tasty dishes.

Customer service is great as they allowed me to adjust my plans at short notice.
However, I noticed that the meat and fish dishes were noticeably saltier this time round compared to our previous tingkat trial. Although I had informed them, it ... More was a hit and miss with the dishes which is a pity as the food is good. :(

Extremely impressed by the spread, quality and the excellent customer service in our 5 days trial. We were in contact with Neshah who listened and kindly accommodated our requests, leaving us with happy faces and satisfied bellies.

Food was ... More initially salty and I am grateful that they listened to our feedback and reduced the salt for subsequent days. Meats were flavorful and tender and I appreciated that the chicken and fish were all boneless. The various staples throughout the week were a delight. Vegetables and sides portions could be improved but nonetheless, really happy and will be renewing our order with them.

Food is delicious, we could taste that no MSG is added. Generous portion too. But There was 1 occurrence of packaging was accidentally opened causing puddle of gravy inside plastic bag. Luckily got extra plastic layer, so most of the dish is still ... More safe. Will order again.
