I was quite worried about the food safety and had to negotiate with the staff for a new batch of food and not just a reheat (since food had been left at room temp for close to 1.5 hours). The staff was not very willing but eventually agreed to my request. Hope that Lao Huo Tang can work on streamlining/better coordination between sales staff and kitchen/restaurant staff. The staff showed me her invoice and it did state that food collection is 4.30pm to 6pm. However on my invoice it stated 6pm only.
