The food in general is ok with different variety but more towards the salty side. Portion is slightly lesser than the rest of the caterer i've ordered previously.

The first 2 day 1 of the dishes turn sour feedback to customer service and settled. Portion wise good for 2 adult 1 kid. Soups were good except salted veggie soup, too salty. Fried eggs came charred. The food were generally bad, e.g. fried food are dry and burnt most of the time, the veg are old and bitter most of the time. Occasionally, the meat were ok. Lot of time look ok but taste bad.

I have ordered for 2 pax tingkat dinner but the portion that I am getting is quite little and is only just merely enough for 1 pax. Often that I have to top up with other dishes or buy separately. Not recommended to order from this caterer.

This was my second time ordering as other caterers are full (first time was a few years ago with average food quality)
Most dishes are quite blend including braised dishes and soup; meat in soup not tender enough. Can improve with more ... Moresauce/spices and gravy, and more varied cooking methods. Inconsistent use of lids or plastic sealing of opted microwavable containers; tend to leak or feel oily on the exterior regardless. Show less

We would also like to apologize for the change of using container lids for a short period due to the shortage of seals during COVID-19 period. We have used back our sealing method to avoid food spillage immediately when there are stocks for us to use.

The food was not up to expectations. Green vegetables has some unpleasant taste. The soup we had 2 bowls same soup but 1 taste sour n 1 not sour. It’s suppose to be chicken white vegetables soup.

Food quality, Soup portion quantity, food cleaniness can be improved. Customer service staffs over the phone needs improvement in customer service standard. Caterer unreachable on saturday as not they are not in operation.
The food is pretty okay except for a few dishes like eggplant which is too oily. Food quantity wise is okay for 4 paxs. There is a few days within a week served with cabbage which might be abit bored.
