Happy that 1st day CNY event with Le Xin was smooth sailing! Reviewed on 23rd Feb 2015 Verified Purchase Service was great. From the start of ordering till delivery and collection. I had some changes on the set menu several times and was still met with very immediate and accomodating responses from Le Xin staff via emails. Typically, response on emails ... More usually take a longer time on any platform! The food came half an hour earlier than we specified but we were happy as we had expected some delays as we had experienced with other caterers before. The entire set-up was done very efficiently and quickly by only one very professional and pleasant uncle. Food-wise, everything was good.. except the noodles was slightly on the salty side. We all loved the curry chicken and wished we had bread to complement it as there weren't enough potatoes in the mix too! Pork, fish and prawns were all tasty. Some guests commented that the Lo Han vegetables could have been softer as some elderly guests could not eat. Plates; utensils etc were sufficiently provided for. Another thing to note was that drinks were not included; but Le Xin staff explained that this was because it was the festive Chinese New Year season.
