However, to our disgust, we saw an intact cockroach with a fat juicy belly in the Tofu dish, and we already eaten like 90% of the dish before seeing it. (See attached photo) Initially didn't want to write this since they agreed to compensate by waiving off the cost for one month's tingkat. It was so sour that we could smell it, and my mum thought it’s some salted vegetable soup. Thankfully no food poisoning as we decided to throw the food away after tasting it a little. Twice I called the caterer, offering to even deliver the food for them to try, but they just say they will investigate and check their own food in the kitchen. It’s totally useless. Asian delight noodles was so salty, we couldn’t believe the food are less oil and less salt. The soup mostly has thick layer of oil floating on it, there was once, it was filled with just chicken skin. Customer service is terrible too. I have already paid but food did not deliver as ordered on the first day. Customer service constantly says will contact me and follow up, but neither call or email have been received.
