Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

- Food Safety Guideline: Food is best consumed within 2 hours from dine time.

- Manna Pot Catering reserves the rights to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality.

Our payment mode:
- PayNow / Bank Transfer on confirmation or
- E-INVOICE for stat board and government ministries.
- Credit card payment has to be made via our website with 3% mdr charge.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation notice: 3 working days.

Late cancellation charge:
- 2 working days before- 50% of the total amount payable

- 1 working day before - 100% of the total amount payable.
