Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

*All functions will be subject to a maximum of 3 hours duration.

*Extension hour will be chargeable at an additional hour of $15.00 (w/GST $16.35) per hour (Subject to availability).

*Last collection hour will be at 10.00pm. Additional surcharge of $40.00 (w/GST $43.60) per hour for collection after 10.30 pm to 12 midnight would be applicable.

*Surcharge for next day collection will be charged at an additional $150.00 (w/GST $1620) per function (Subject to availability)

The order is confirmed upon your acknowledgement with signature before the stated date. A 30% non-refundable deposit refundable deposit refundable deposit is payable upon confirmation (for event above $1000.00).

Consumption rate is based on 500gm per pax.

Cancellation Policy

25% of the total bill will be chargeable for cancellation made 5 days before date of function.

50% of the total bill will be chargeable for cancellation made 3 days before date of function.

100% of the total bill will be chargeable for cancellation made 1 day before date of function.

Cancellation must be notified in writing to us and accepted by Mum’s Kitchen Catering Pte Ltd.

Changes to Orders

All amendments and orders must be confirmed at least 7 working days before the date of function.

$20.00 (w/GST $21.80) administration fees will be chargeable for any changes made 3 days before date of function.
