Occasions Catering review

The Caterer provided a fix menu. It would be better if allow us to choose the dishes from their menu.

Mutton rendang and kueh pie tee is acceptable.

Other than that, feedback gathered:
- Mee Siam sauce is so watery, it's more like soup.
- Fruit punch was really very bland.
- Chendol dessert also very bland.
- Otah not spicy enough.

But ... More service from service staff is good and accommodating.

Very prompt and professional service in setting up the buffet. Food presentation was very good. Quality and taste of food was excellent. Quantity of food was generoous.

Found some plastic (1 hard plastic tube-like and 1 soft plastic piece) in the fillings for the Kueh Pie Tee (Braised Shredded Turnip and Carrot).

Variety of food is wide and pretty unique.

The food was generally good, and the service was prompt. Some dishes were a little on the salty side, but still good. Family loved the food though. Red bean paste was way too sweet. Quantity was more than sufficient for 60 pax.

The Otah does not taste like Otah at all. Zero spiciness and it tastes bland. Service provided by the staff who did the catering for my order is great. He came in earlier than planned, when we asked, he said he wanted to spend more time doing a nice ... More set-up. And indeed, I can feel his sincerity when doing the set-up. Although alone, he did it nicely. Kudos to Kevin! Thank you for the effort you put in, we really appreciate it. :)

Very prompt and friendly staff. Food reached on time and set up was done very quickly with minimum supervision.
