Tingkat Services is only served from Monday to Friday. No delivery on Public Holidays, Saturdays/Sundays. Delivery charge $6/day.

Dinner: 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

We deliver island-wide in Singapore (including hotels and office).

Note: Additional S$30.00 delivery per day will be charged for addresses in Sentosa and Jurong Island.

Additional delivery charges will be invoiced separately after you have checked out from our website.

For any meal subscription changes or postponement, with the intention to dine out or stretch your order across two weeks, please notify us at least 2 working days in advance. The meal will be pushed back to a later date, no more than 14 days.

Our menu is fixed; therefore, we are unable to accommodate to this request.

Tingkat Cancellation Policy:

If you are requesting to cancel your order that is currently being processed, you must contact us within 3 working days or we will not accept any changes or cancellations after the 3 working days period. Once Our Daily Food meal subscription starts, no requests for refunds will be accepted. Amendments or cancellations for meals must be made at least 3 working days before the date of order. The cut-off time is on Friday, 12.00pm. (If Friday is a Public Holiday, the cut-off time will be on Thursday, 12.00pm).
