Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
Please submit your order at least 5 working days in advance before your function date.
Availability is based on first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to reject orders when we are fully booked on that day.
Customization of dishes can be discussed and arranged.
Ala-carte pricing is applicable if additional dish/s is added.
Our food portion for regular buffet is based on a 1:1 ratio.
Food is best consumed within 2.5 hours from arrival time for set up buffet.
PIN SI KITCHEN PTE LTD shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated timeline (2.5 hours after delivery)
Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. PIN SI KITCHEN PTE LTD will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight.
We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit
Butler, on-site chef and service staff are available upon request, subject to availability and charges.
Extra service hour and additional fees applies if exceed the standard time schedule.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales representatives at least 3 working days before the function date.
50% of invoice amount will be charged for cancellation made after confirmation.
100% of invoice amount will be charged for cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
An administrative fee of $100 (subject to GST) is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s cancellation.
Changes to Orders
No more amendments within 5 working days from function date.
