Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

The customer shall be liable for any damages to our equipment in the course of the event

All promotions are applicable only to orders confirmed at least 72 hrs in advance or prior to deadline indicated, whichever is earlier.

The management of pines reserves all rights to replace or make changes to the quoted menus due to its availability. We will give adequate notice should any changes be made.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled with less than 5 days written notice.

We note our cancellation policy as follows.: The customer is liable for:
-0% of the invoice amount if written notice is received with more than 5 working days notice;
-50% of the invoice amount if written notice is received between 3-5 working days prior to your event;
-100% of the invoice amount if written notice is received with less than 48hrs prior to your event.

Upon Confirmation, strictly no decrease in the number of pax is allowed. We will require notice of at least 2 working days should there be any other amendments to your event.
