Food were wrapped in normal takeaway containers and in big red plastic bags instead of Thermal Bags like Neo Garden or other caterers. Of course the food would arrived cold and unpalatable. The awesome blackcurrant drinks were not awesome at all! Severely diluted and not even sweet....tasted worse than those 20 cents drinks I purchased from primary school canteen 28 years ago. Shanghai green was too hard... To give them credit, quantity of food was generous... but the presentation and taste and the wrong delivery of both rice and noodles were not acceptable.
