First of all, the delivery man was very very good friendly and nice... He was very calm and careful in his work despite a lot of guests were there already when he set up. Secondly, he waited very patiently for us to clear our food outside the venue ... More (which was so hot) and didn't give us any rushed attitude which we really appreciate a lot a lot... This type of service attitude definitely is up to standard and make our day happy and hassle-free.
Coming to the food, fried rice was really good (粒粒分明) savory and just right. Fried Thai chicken was definya hit too, cereal fish was amazing as such a long period it's still crunchy (couldn't believe the crunchiness toward the end of the time) however a little improvement could be a heavier taste or even a sauce to compliment. The Beancurd was good too as the unami flavour was just right and not overly salty.
However to our shocking, seafood youtiao actually do means seafood 五香 if say in local context. We choose this dish because we thought it is the seafood paste in the real Chinese youtiao. Thus we suggest the caterer change the name of this item to prevent misleading information. But nonetheless, this item wasn't that bad but a lot of leftover. The dessert was suppose to be almond longan, however almond was missing and we assumed it was replace by sea coconut. (The caterer did message to ask if everything was alright and how the food taste.) So we feedback this to them and we personally felt that if any ingredient was to be replaced, the caterer could have inform the customer or check if we would like any change of choice. Almond is the soul of this dessert which I think majority can agree and a lot of guests were trying to dig for almond jelly.

Lastly this one we felt is the most feedback.. the cocktail punch is totally EMPTY before even 1hr of the event. We catered for 60 pax, a lot of kids even, and the juice wasn't enough at all..this send us panic and worry and got some of our relatives to rush down NTUC to buy mineral water and cordial juice for guest.. at that point of time, only 75 percent of our guests reached. Usually in a party, the drinks would be the over catered item, I do not remember any buffet I went drinks can be emptied before buffet ended. Everyone was shock and guests waited quite long for our emergency refill. This is a very embarrassed situation. We do hope to know more about the insufficient of drinks though.

In a nutshell, this buffet is considered value for money and I dun mind to order for any other event that is coming up again... Especially this particular delivery man, I would really like to give special credit... Thanks

The yam rice was not well cooked and the sesame grilled soft rib is totally un-cooked. I feed back to rich Food and the personal in-charge said that is was nothing wrong with it.
