Food comes early in warmer bag but the. next day delivery man always don’t collect back, saying he is just a temp, end up many days had to hang 2, 3 warmer bags at the gate for collection. The meat portions are pathetic sometimes as seen in ... More example photo. Only a few pieces with all fats & bone. Soup only with water, no ingredients inside. Every fish dish is cheap, frozen & tasteless dory fish. For cheaper Tingkats I ordered in the past, they will even give salmon. Very expensive Tingkat, not worth the price.

Indeed we started with providing healthy & delectable meal daily however we always listen to our customers' wish list when creating the monthly menu & hope the dishes proposed in the menu will meet their preference & liking ... More always.

We regretted to fail your expectation on the dishes provided.
It is not avoidable sometimes we have to serve with some proceed food as we have parent required food items to be more kid friendly hence we adjust the menu sometime to their liking.
It is not possible to fulfill & serve everyone's with a single menu suite their preference & liking however our team is trying to maintain & be creative on the dishes provided so our customer could still enjoyed with the food. We are the only Tingkat provider provide almost close 100% healthy ingredients use inclusive of all sauces & even salt & sugar. We will continues to improve on the menu item provided and strike to be the preferred caterer for your daily Tingkat meal .
