Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
Collection Time4 to 6 hours per function upon arrival time. Additional surcharge of $10.90 applied for specified collection time. Self-collection timing is until 5:00pm (weekends), 5:30pm (weekdays).
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation must reach us at least (5) working days before the function date for the above confirmed order, or else 50% of the invoice amount will be charged, and 100% for any cancellation made less than 1 working day.
Time Duration of a function is 3 Hours upon arrival time.
Allowance of 45 minutes before or after the requested arrival time to be permissible for delivery time.
Standard Buffet setup will include maroon skirtings, silk floral arrangement and drink cover. Ivory skirting will be available upon request, subject to availability.
Skirting or table cloth damaged or burnt, is chargeable at S$150+ per piece.
Changes to Orders
All amendment must be made (3) working days before the function date.
Changes made less than 3 working days before the function date is on a case by case basis and an administration charge of $21.80 – $43.60 will be levied.
