It was also very difficult to chew or bite off the meat because of how undercooked it was and the nature of the cut of the meat. The turkey I ordered was also very very dry. This is my second year ordering from Stamford Catering for christmas and I must say the food has gotten worse. I would only recommend the honey glazed chicken ham.
