This is my 1st time ordering food catering from Swatow and it's a pleasant experience. Food arrived on time properly packed and driver explained the sauces for the different dishes. Food portion was generous and ingredients "gao gao". Cereal prawns ... Morewere big, looking very presentable. One area of improvement is that the silver fish fried rice was a bit dry. Show less

Even though the portion was for 20 pax, it was way more than enough for 35 pax!! The food was very good as well. We opted for self-collection at Swatow TPY and it was easy and fuss free.
Food was yummy and portion size was enough to feed at least 28 people(ordered for 20pax)! All my guests liked and praised the savory crystal bun, salted egg prawn, the seafood noodles, bi feng tang chicken and mango sago. Cereal fish fillet was a ... Moremiss as the fish was dry and hard, not very fresh too. Other than that, the rest of the items were all loved by everyone, truly above my expectations as it was only a mini buffet. Show less

Seafood tofu , exactly like restaurant standard with real prawns, scallops assorted mushroom , vegetables
Roasted chicken was well prepared -meat was tender n moist
Yam paste ... Morewas served with pumpkin n ginko nuts on top .
Yam was tasty n fragrance , was served with white clear liquid , mildly sweeten. I like this combination but some of my guest prefer served with coconut creme instead.
