Delivery Charges: $35 (w/GST $38.15)

Additionally charge of $20.00 (w/GST $21.80) per location for delivery order within Central Business District, Sentosa or Jurong Island.

For building without service lift, additionally charge of $30.00 (w/GST $32.70) per level will be imposed.

Our delivery time is between 0730 hrs to 1830 hrs - last collection time at 2100 hrs, if applicable.

An overtime charge of S$50.00 per hour will be imposed for delivery / collection between 2101 hrs to 0729hrs - subject to availability.

Delivery time allowance of approx. 45min grace period before / after expected time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Please placed your order at least 5 working days in advance prior to function dates.

The Management reserves the right to replaced menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation after confirmation will be charged at 50% invoice amount.

Any cancellation after confirmation within 3 days prior to event, will be charged at 80% invoice amount.

Any cancellation after confirmation within 1 day prior to event, will be charged at 100% invoice amount.

Changes to Orders
All amendments must be made 3 working days prior to function date - last minute changes are not allowed.

An administration charge of S$50.00 will be imposed upon any changes made to your confirmed order.
