For building without service lift, additionally charge of $30.00 (w/GST $32.70) per level will be imposed. Our delivery time is between 0730 hrs to 1830 hrs - last collection time at 2100 hrs, if applicable. Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Please placed your order at least 5 working days in advance prior to function dates.

All food items will be packed within aluminum foil tray.

The Management reserves the right to replaced menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event.

Cancellation Policy

An administration charge of S$50.00+ (w/GST $54) will be imposed upon any changes made to your confirmed order – subject to availability.

Any cancellation after confirmation will be charged at 50% invoice amount.

Any cancellation after confirmation within 3 days or lesser prior to event, will be charged at 100% invoice amount.

Changes to Orders

All amendments must be made 3 working days prior to function date last minute changes will be subjected to availability.

The Management reserves the right to replaced menu items should there be unavailable at the time of event.
